Since 1986, Candy Butterfield of Sweet B Working Jack Russell Terriers has been breeding, raising and training beautiful, healthy and "extra-sweet" Jack Russell Terrier dogs and puppies for responsible owners. We are proud members in good standing of the JRTCA, and we attend several trials each year with a great deal of success. Located in the wide open spaces of rural Wisconsin, our Jack Russell Terrier dogs thrive on the fresh country air and tender loving care that we provide in our spacious country kennel. We are a hunting family, and all of our Jack Russell Terriers are worked in the field. All of our dogs are first-hand family members and are well socialized with plenty of help from our 4 sons, aged 15-22 and many nieces and nephews. Our Jack Russell Terriers are great with children! We strive to produce quality working companions - not just fad puppies!

Health Information About Our Jack Russell Terrier Dogs & Puppies

The Corner Birch, this boy has set the standard here for temperment and working ability. We will never be able to thank Nancy Adamson enough for this wonderful Digger Jones son.

Each of our Jack Russell Terrier dogs is carefully screened for health problems prior to breeding, including annual checks for Thyroid, Brucellosis and CERF (eyes). Our JRT's are also OFA certified at 2 years of age, and BAER tested prior to breeding. Jack Russell Terrier puppies are vet-checked, vaccinated, and dewormed and micro-chipped before being placed in their new homes. Dew claws and tail docking is also performed. We offer a comprehensive health guarantee against genetic defects, including JRTCA registration at one year, and general health at the time of purchase.
